1. Determine your Internet .kbps speed capability

You can determine your download .kbps speed by clicking on the speedtest button below. If you already KNOW your download .kbps speed you can skip this step.

If you have problems viewing these videos, here are the probable causes and solutions..

Problem:
I click on a video link and the video player window doesn't open

Solution
Make sure your browser isn't blocking Pop Ups!
Our video players open in pop up browser windows. If you have your browser set to block pop ups our players won't be able to open.

Problem:
The video player window opens but when I click on a video selection (shown beneath the player window) nothing happens at all

Solution:
Make sure your flash player is up to date
Our videos are encoded in FLASH (.flv) progressive download format. Most PC's come with the FREE flash player installed. However older flash players don't understand the newer video controls used in embedded players.

If you can normally view flash content but you can't get these videos to play when you click on a selection, it means the FREE flash player installed on your computer needs to be updated!

Problem:
The videos take too long to load and suffer many pauses

Solution: Make sure you select a video .kbps speed that is SLOWER than your Internet DOWNLOAD .kbps connection speed.

If that doesn't work, try the next lower speed. Our videos don't play for 56k modems, you must have cable/DSL or higher. You can determine your download .kbps speed Here
