Mark Hamilton has been entertaining professionally since 1986 and has been recognized by the media and his peers as a master of audience psychology. After his initial training through the Arizona Society of Professional Hypnosis and the Institute of Medical Hypnosis in 1988, he served a 6 month internship in a busy Phoenix hypnotherapy clinic, observing sessions and asking questions before he started practicing hypnotherapy on his own.

Hamilton practiced clinical hypnotherapy for over 8 years as well as owning and operating two of his own hypnotherapy clinics. New Horizons Hypnosis Center and "The Mind Spa". Shortly after opening his first clinic (New Horizons) he was invited to train and work personally with one of the top hypnotherapists in business today, Dr. AlVera Paxson of YouNique Medical Hypnotherapy and New Thought Counselling Centers in Scottsdale AZ. He then went on to open another clinic in Washington State knows as "The Mind Spa".

Each year there are HUNDREDS new so called "certified" stage hypnotists being churned out of weekend training courses. Due to the largely unregulated hypnosis industry, there are numerous unqualified and irresponsible hypnotists who are motivated primarily by ego and financial greed.
